EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique

Known around the world as EFT or the Emotional Freedom Technique and often referred
to as the “
tapping technique” here in the States, this treatment has been proven useful
for treatment in PTSD and other various problems for everything from weight loss to
quitting smoking.

EFT is quickly learned and able to be used almost anywhere.  There are no “special tools”
and a weekend class is more than enough to help someone learn then techniques.  One
can also enroll in classes locally or purchase a DVD to help them learn.

For more information on EFT and how it can help your veteran, please read this article by
a guest author and EFT expert, Cynthia Doll.
